1. Q: What forms of payment am I able to use?  

 A: We accept Visa, PP payment, Money Ram, and Western Union payments.

2. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?    

A: Yes. We guarantee that every transaction you make at our store will be 100% safe.

3. Q: Do you accept international orders?    

A: Yes, we accept orders from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany , Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United Stated directly though our website. If you are outside one of these locations, just contact us. We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world utilizing DHL.

4. Q: How long will it take to receive my order and how much is shipping cost?  

A: Delivery times depend on the availability of the items you order and the shipping option you select. It takes 3-8 days for international shipping, the shipping fee is $20 per order under 10 pcs in USPS, $40 for Fedex, if your order reach to 10 pcs, free shipping.

5. Q: Will I need to sign for my order on delivery? 

A: Yes, all deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for on delivery. If you are not in when the item arrives, the courier will leave you a card and you can ask to arrange another day for delivery.

6. Q: How can I track my order?

A: We will email the tracking number once your product is dispatched, please check your email box frequently.

7. Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: Please email to us within 6 hours of purchasing, you will be notified of the refund via email once successfully cancelled. Please note: we are unable to cancel an order once we have shipped it.

8. Q: What kind of after-sales service?

A: If you buy products in our store have quality problems, please contact us, we will provide refunds or exchanges (the product does not have any traces of use). At the same time, we will extract the customer after-sales tracking service!
